Dive deeper into the essence of presence and learn to quiet the mental chatter that often leads to stress and anxiety. Explore tools and a meditation to shift your focus towards the present moment and experience inner calm.

**Week 3 – Choosing Happy Every Day**

Explore the everyday superpower of happiness and discover how to choose joy in every moment. Learn to avoid the comparison trap, practice gratitude, and embrace the power of meditation and daily affirmations to cultivate lasting happiness.

**Week 4 – Looking After You**

Prioritise self-care and explore the pillars of well-being identifying areas in need of attention through a coaching exercise and learn practical strategies to nurture and love yourself.

**Week 5 – Improving Our Relationships**

Enhance your relationships by first taking care of yourself. Learn valuable communication skills and discover how to foster deeper connections and create more supportive and fulfilling relationships.

**Week 6 – Setting Intentions For Our Life & The Way You Want To Feel**

In our final week together, delve into the transformative practice of intention setting. Focus on how you want to feel in your life and learn to align your thoughts and energy towards your desired outcomes, embarking on a guided meditation to anchor your intentions and manifest positive lasting change.

We are committed to fostering a supportive group community throughout the six weeks, which is why we do not accept any new enrolments after the course has begun. After completing course 1, we’ll have a one-week break before we progress onto Course 2. Participants enroled in Course 1 will be given priority booking for Course 2, ensuring continuity in your growth and learning.
