In our first session, join us on a journey to uncover the essential principles of mindful living. Understand the effects of stress on our body’s responses and explore methods to transition from stress to relaxation. Delve into various breathing exercises designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and induce a state of calm. Experience the transformative power of Transcendental Meditation (TM) to enhance focus and promote relaxation.

**Week 2 – Cultivating Gratitude and Joy**
Thursday, 25th April 2024
7 PM – 8 PM
Dive into the transformative practice of cultivating gratitude and joy. Explore the profound impact of shifting your mindset towards appreciation and happiness on your overall well-being. Discover practical exercises and scientific evidence supporting the cultivation of joy in your daily life. Experience the transformative effects of the love and kindness meditation, fostering positivity and enhancing emotional well-being.

**Week 3 – Embracing Mindful Presence and Self-Compassion**
Thursday, 2nd May 2024
7 PM – 8 PM
Discover how mindfulness extends beyond meditation, infusing every moment with awareness. Learn how to ransform everyday activities into mindful practices. Engage in a grounding exercise to anchor yourself in the present moment through sensory awareness. Explore the practice of self-compassion, nurturing kindness towards yourself. Concluding with a guided meditation, cultivating mindfulness and compassion for yourself and others.

**Week 4 – Cultivating Forgiveness, Gratitude, and Compassion**

7 PM – 8 PM
Discover forgiveness as a superpower accessible at all times, liberating us from resentment and anger. Explore practical strategies for forgiveness, and learn how cultivating gratitude and compassion facilitates forgiveness and promotes healing. Engage in compassionate breathing to slow down and cultivate inner peace. Experience the profound effects of extending forgiveness and affirming self-compassion during our meditation practice.

**Week 5 – Harmony and Relaxation: Nurturing Inner Peace and Serenity**
Thursday, 16th May 2024
7 PM – 8 PM
This week we’ll explore inner peace and harmony, as we delve into practices to cultivate tranquility within ourselves. Identify areas in need of attention through a coaching exercise, and discuss mindfulness tips to nurture tranquility. Experience a guided meditation journey focused on relaxation, deep breathing, positive affirmations, and gratitude for the blessings in our lives.

**Week 6 – Sustaining Inner Peace and Joy: Integration and Empowerment**
Thursday, 23rd May 2024
7 PM – 8 PM
In our final week together, we consolidate the wisdom gained over the past five weeks, empowering ourselves to maintain inner peace and joy. Reflect on key lessons and tools to integrate mindfulness into daily life, ensuring a sustained sense of tranquility and empowerment. Conclude with a meditation to anchor these teachings and nurture lasting inner harmony.

Step into The Granary farmhouse building at The Meadow Farm, our exclusive retreat nestled amidst the idyllic countryside on the outskirts of Redditch. Located just 5 minutes from the M42, this charming barn conversion pub offers a serene escape while remaining conveniently close to Redditch town center. Surrounded by trees and fields, The Granary at Meadow Farm provides a peaceful setting for your transformative journey. Enjoy ample free parking and easy access from M42 Junction 2 Hopwood, ensuring a stress-free arrival and departure for all participants.

Please note that seats for this course are limited, and enrolment will close on the course start date. We are committed to fostering a supportive group community throughout the six weeks, which is why we do not accept any new enrolments after the course has begun. If enrolment closes before the start date, it indicates that all available seats have been filled. As this is Course 4 of our transformative journey, please note that we have a one-week break after its completion before we progress onto Course 5. Participants enroled in Course 4 will be given priority booking for Course 5, ensuring continuity in your growth and learning.
