**Week 5 – Stress Reduction and Relaxation**

This week we’ll explore various methods to alleviate stress and promote deep relaxation. Discover practical approaches to ease tension and cultivate inner peace. From simple yet effective breathing exercises to mindful relaxation practices, each technique is crafted to help you navigate stress and find moments of tranquility in your daily life.

**Week 6 – Better Sleep and Lasting Peace**
Thursday, 23rd May 2024

In our final week together, we combine all we’ve learned to improve sleep and find lasting peace. Explore practical techniques for better sleep and relaxation, including new breathing exercises. Concluding with a soothing meditation to ease both body and mind ending the journey on a peaceful note.

Step into The Granary farmhouse building at The Meadow Farm, our exclusive retreat nestled amidst the idyllic countryside on the outskirts of Redditch. Located just 5 minutes from the M42, this charming barn conversion pub offers a serene escape while remaining conveniently close to Redditch town center. Surrounded by trees and fields, The Granary at Meadow Farm provides a peaceful setting for your transformative journey. Enjoy ample free parking and easy access from M42 Junction 2 Hopwood, ensuring a stress-free arrival and departure for all participants.

Please note that seats for this course are limited, and enrolment will close on the course start date. We are committed to fostering a supportive group community throughout the six weeks, which is why we do not accept any new enrolments after the course has begun. If enrolment closes before the start date, it indicates that all available seats have been filled. We encourage you to secure your spot early to ensure you don’t miss out on this transformative journey.

As this is Course 2 of our transformative journey, please note that we have a one-week break after its completion before we progress onto Course 3. Participants enroled in Course 2 will be given priority booking for Course 3, ensuring continuity in your growth and learning.
